Leader Awards
These are training courses and assessments leading to nationally recognised qualifications in leading,
guiding, instructing and developing groups of road and mountain bikers. Courses are set up specifically
to suit different terrains and environments.

Skill Awards
Achievement based mountain bike activities for young people and adults, Skill Awards comprise
three different strands:
- Wheelie Awards, providing riding based training and acheivement recognition.
- Right Track Awards, covering an overall learning environment for mountain biking, including riding
skills as well as maintenance, navigation and other aspects working towards independant riding.
- Skill Instructor Award, enabling Mountain Bike Leaders to further develop their teaching and
eperience sessions to include provision of training and assessment for Skill Awards.

OTC provide specialist individual and group training in all cycling aspects from learning how to
ride a bike through dealing with busy traffic in urban environments to development of technical
